The Lovely Bones(6.4/10)
Posted by appers on 17 May 2008I had heard a lot about this book and accordingly had very very high expectations. So i was disappointed. The author did convey the characters' emotions and all that stuff very well but overall probably not my kind of book. So unfortunately, got to give it only 6.4/10.However, perhaps reading at a single sitting may have lead me to give it a higher score. Bit like watching Forrest Gump on television rather than on DVD or Theatre. You have to watch in a single sitting and not have tv ads etc. I haven't watched Forrest Gump in a single seating btw.
