Dear Matheikal, As an author from shortly going to be developed country I do not think I have written what I like, what I desire or what I intentionally feel about but I have written what I have seen and experienced, I have written what is needed for growth, what is required for unlearning, what is necessary for success and achievements moving towards excellence. I have written what works for growth.

I do not think I follow all what I have written in my 416 pages book because I can not follow because of situation, circumstances and my own limitations as human being. But then why should I restrict my ideas which are there for billion others.

If I follow even 50 % of what I have written, I will grow tremendously. I should have become LN Mittal, Nooyi or Narayana Murthy. So it all depends upon how far we can unlearn or follow these writings.

As far as ideas are concerned, they are generated depending upon the evolutions of human kind. Even the ideas propagated by Maslow, Sigmund Freud or Darwin, there are many against them. Forgot about those old ideas, even people have different views about globalization, socialism and even democracy. I do not expect that I will get 100% people in favour of my ideas. I am not for that.

Ideas are valid depending upon many ground realities. As Matheikal has written picking few negatives without mentioning the details, I feel they need to be looked into totality. Just for example, it remains a matter of discussion whether Mallika left her parents or her parents left them. Similarly it may happen with Bhola or Nikita (the characters from the book). But one thing is certain, parents generally have choices but where children have choice? They have only one mother and one father!! If some parents are exploiting these situation to diminish the growth, who needs to be blamed?

This book I have written for people who want to grow, who find themselves in rut or who want to unlearn. And I think Matheikal, you had been very vocal to bare those hidden facts from 'my fire'. I must congratulate you. You and your wife deserve a dinner.

As Mark Twain said, 'words are color of fire and book is a fire.'

I am happy to produce a book which is real fire.

As an Indian who stayed here after doing B Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and then M Tech from IIT Mumbai, stayed and survived to produce fire, I feel I have done my work.

Rest all depends upon how far others are able to assimilate information out of these writings and create wisdom to grow.

India is on fire and Indians can not escape from this fire. Very few are making creative use of this fire to warm themselves but others or many others are burning their fingers either in Nadigram, N-deal or non-violence etc.

I have given my ‘Theory’ and it is upto others to accept for their benefits. It is upon people to weigh their advantages and disadvantages.

If we talk about any theory as I said earlier it depends upon the maturity of mind too. Just take the example of ‘learning’ opportunity, subjects and scope, are everybody learned now? Not even educated or literate. How can you expect that people to be unlearned? My details and exhaustive theory is for all who wants to make use of researched theory.

As Matheikal has raised questions, I have asked many in my book, they remain a challenge for the people of 21st century.

If you are educated and your parents are in village, ask you to leave your MNC job in states to come to village will you do?

If you live in President's house will you sleep on floor without bed because your brethrens are sleeping in open or the pavements of Nizamauddin flyovers? And so on.

These questions haunt today's growing Indians more than ever. I keep getting the comments from people and make out their frustration to understand present. So I wrote a book on 'unlearning'. And I feel for the growth of individual, society and nation, these unlearning are vital and necessary. People are doing it slowly but certainly a joyful reading of this book will make you at ease with changes.

As an Indian with Hindi origin, I wrote a book in English with conviction that Hindi has no future, I received remarks from Matheikal like “ His style is very lucid, almost conversational and hence eminently readable”, I am privileged to have this skill.

Thanks!!
