If you have watched "Masoom" ,the strory is very close ..... an american army officer who fought  Korean war is now a succesful politician married t a beutiful career woman ,although the couple is childless ,they are deeply in love with eachother and share a healthy respect for each other ...all this is shattered by a letter from a child from korea ,writing to his dear ,father stating that as he is illegitimate he can't even study in a school .
Hell breaks loose ,the husband after aaaaa internal struggle breaks the news to his wife ,tells her how when newly married he was posted in South Korea and  how during the war he had sought comfort in the shackle of taken a Korean girl ,got her pregnant ,fiddled with idea of getting an extension but on receiving a letter from wife abandoned like all others had done .......Wife dear travels to Seoul locates the child and mother finds that the girl is now flower woman( ?) but he child needs to be brought to US to be given  decent  eductaion ....read on
