A reading of this book of 144 pages is most likely to change our preception about health, healing etc. Basically, health does not mean absence of disease nor is it got by curing ourselves of any diseases. Consequently it can not be bought over the counter from your pharamacist. It is a stae of mind. The Mother has categorically said this on many occasions.

This wonderful book takes you to what our forefathers and ancestors have always said- art of healthy living. Explained in very simple terms, this contains valuable tips and simple steps to get an understanding of our lives and a peep into well being. This is not a just one of the modern self help books churned out by the dozen by the new age gurus- this is about holistic health movement.

As Christiane Northrup, MD says- ... (this book) helps you trust yourself and the wonder of your own life more fully...".
